Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for MediLabX blood test kits.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Dispatched Kits

Once a blood test kit has been dispatched, refunds may not be available due to the nature of health testing products and sample collection materials.

Used Kits

We cannot refund kits that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned with a biological sample.

Faulty Or Damaged Kits

If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We may provide a replacement where appropriate.

Laboratory Issues

If a sample cannot be processed due to a laboratory issue, we may offer a replacement kit where appropriate.

Customer Collection Errors

If a sample cannot be processed because the instructions were not followed correctly, a refund may not be available. A replacement kit may be offered at our discretion.

Clinical Review Services

Consultation or clinical review fees may be non-refundable once the appointment has taken place or where late cancellation terms apply.
