MediLabX ships blood test kits within the United Kingdom.

Standard Shipping

Standard UK Shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on postal services, order volume, and dispatch timings. 

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Returns To Laboratory

Most results are delivered within 24 hours from laboratory receipt of your sample. this does not include delivery time to the laboratory. 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. MediLabX is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details.

Lost Or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number.
